Food & Resource Centers

Our Food & Resource Centers provide a 3-10 day supply of groceries including meat, vegetables, fruits, canned goods, and grain products, depending on food availability. Our team also provides referrals on-site to other Utah Community Action and community resources to help households reach self-reliance.

    Services & Benefits

The Food & Resource Centers offer emergency food assistance to income-eligible community members facing food insecurity. Each client visiting one of our centers meets with a specialist who assesses the most urgent needs of the household and helps the client access services that lead toward self-reliance.

Both locations continue to operate using a contactless curbside pickup model with extended hours to address the increased need for food assistance. We continue to ask that clients wear a mask and only access the pantries if they are healthy and free of all illness symptoms. Clients under quarantine can send a designated person to receive food with the client’s food pantry card and income information.

Households who make 200% or less of the federal poverty level. Resources will be offered to those over 200%.
