Season of Giving is Utah Community Action’s end-of-year holiday campaign for children and home-bound seniors across Salt Lake County. Two programs with one goal: no one in our community goes without holiday cheer.

Bringing Hope to the Holidays
Last year, partners and volunteers like you brought holiday joy to families, seniors, and individuals across Salt Lake County. This year you can sponsor a Thanksgiving meal, fill a holiday wish list, or work a shift or two. Pick one, or pick all three.

Two Programs, One Season
November
Stuff a Tummy
A full holiday meal for individuals and families facing food insecurity. Your gift sets the table for warmth: everything a household needs for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Sponsor a meal, or volunteer to help pack and deliver.
December
Operation Chimney Drop
A winter coat, boots, gloves, a hat, and one wished-for gift for children and home-bound seniors. You fulfill the wish list. We handle the drop. Wish lists release right after Thanksgiving, and the wait list is open now so you’re first in line.
